Does anyone going down happen to have any extra hotel space for Saturday night by chance? Carol and I would like to spend the night in Leavenworth if we can.

Cory actually has his old room at the Best Western? Anyways unless he hasn't cancelled it yet.

I also have the room at the Inn where everyone is staying but its only me and Scott so we may cancel it and just crash on a floor instead. You are welcome to take that booking over as well, its right downtown!

Martin - I forgot all about that when you asked me, I have a room at the Best Western Icicle Inn that was going to get cancelled. I checked with Julie and she didn't cancel it for me yet so if you want it it's yours.

Well it would all depend how much a room is a night. I was just gonna ask if Carol and I could either split the costs of a double room with someone else, or see if we could cram our inflatable bed in a corner of someones room and throw in some cash for that.

Just wanna do it to help save some costs since I'd just be getting out of school before the trip...

Hey everyone, well anyone who isn't on the bookface event anyways. Getting down to the wire! Only 2 weeks and a bit to go! Hope everyone is ready!

Bill mentioned a part's list etc for common items to break down, just thought I would post it here as well as a reminder!

As well there is two departure times, one for the group who has all of Thursday off and one for the group who is leaving after work on Thursday.

If you aren't on facebook, post up here and we will sort it out!

As well if there is anyone out there who is wanting to come as a last minute addition let us know!
