That's right folks EOS will be on a Saturday this year.
EOS 12 will be Saturday August 29th, 2009

Some more details:

The show is set!! We are on Churchill square Saturday August 29th!!!
* Set up and Registration between 9-11am
* Registration CLOSED at 11am

It is important to note you MUST leave your car in the show between 11am and 3pm this is a requirement of the city and a safety issue. We cannot have cars driving while the show is in progress.

The main event- EOS 12 VW Show 11am-3pm with 2 raffles and games.
Remember we are on Churchill square so you can play in the fountain across the street.

Please get all your voting in by 1pm

Raffle prizes and 50/50 with proceeds going to a local charity.

A continental style breakfast will be provided to all participants as well as a dash plaque.

How much?

Free to spectators!! (we ask you bring a non perishable food item)
Participants?
$5.00 + non perishable food item
or $10
Remember as a participant, you are getting a free raffle ticket, a free breakfast, a free dash magnet, and chances at more prizes, plus you get to show off your car!!!
Show winners will be announced between 3pm and 3:30 (roughly)

come on down and enjoy the day.

A cruise and afterparty will be scheduled for the evening. Details to follow.

So let me try to understand this a bit more clearly, all the participants cars are physically parking on Churchill square, if thats is so how many cars can fit in that area, it dosent seem like it could be a whole lot.

Yeah im definitely bring my Diesel to this should be all fixed up for the most part by then. Ill also bring cardboard for those stubborn leaks i cant seem to fend off, and avoid the fines, because we all know how much the city loves to fine people.

I have assumed this whole time that the show is on the sunday, like it has been in the past years... just came to realize it is on the saturday this year, and i cant go. crap!@!!
